My goal was to sleep in this morning. I don't feel like I could go back to sleep but I got a text from Kyle at 7:30 that says, "If you are a 50-63 day old chicken you probably didn't wake up this morning." ...what?! Took me a minute but then realized he was referring to work, and this terrible heat of 110 today with a heat index of 120! I just wrote back and said, "Good thing I'm not!" My husband should have been a meteorologist, or I could have been for that matter. I am informed of the temperature on several occasions throughout the day.
We fly out tomorrow for St. Paul! Yay!! I'm so excited and I'm not even for sure what all we are doing! We'll figure it out.
Sunday mom and I went to the movies with my best friends from high school and their moms (plus Charity and Audrey). It was so much fun- I think we will do it again! We got frozen yogurt from Pile High, and saw Crazy, Stupid, Love. It was pretty good! Here is a pic of all the gals/moms:
